Don Kipper: Best Klezmer New Comers

On 10 of October 2014 the Klezmer Festival in Valley staged two contest concerts for the Moshe Beregovsky – Newcomer’s Award. Both concerts were a highlight in the award’s history – The audience and the jury whitnessed the highest musical standard since the foundation of the award. Finally the jury decided to awrd Don Kipper from London for their fresh urban approach to Klezmer music. Heartfelt congratulations, may the Moyshe Beregovsky – Award bring you luck for your career!
I’m very much looking foward to your award concert at Yiddish Summer Weimar in 2015.
All the best, Andrea Pancur (head of the jury)
